Delete your Xfinite Radio account
Xfinite Radio users can permanently delete their account and associated account data in the app or request deletion from this page.
Request deletion without the app
Email Xfinite Radio from the address connected to your account. Include the words “Delete my Xfinite Radio account” in your message. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Email Account Deletion RequestSupport email: Xfiniteradio@gmail.com. Requests are normally completed within 30 days after ownership is verified.
Delete inside the app
- Open Xfinite Radio and sign in.
- Open My Account.
- Scroll to Account & Subscription.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
- If asked, sign in again and repeat the deletion for security.
Data removed
- Your Xfinite Radio sign-in account and customer profile
- Saved stations, Mix favorites, and playlists connected to the account
- Account settings and subscription-status records stored by Xfinite Radio
- Other personal account data that Xfinite Radio is not legally required to retain
Data that may remain
Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you may remain. Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment providers may retain transaction records under their own policies or legal requirements. Xfinite Radio may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel Premium through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the web billing provider where you subscribed before deleting your account.

If you cannot access the email connected to your account or have questions about deletion, contact Xfiniteradio@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or store credentials.
